Scenic Sunday: Floating Fisher's House

I'm not sure really how it is called exactly. We saw this while doing beach hopping during our last year's vacation in Davao City. There were plenty of them around that particular place. As far as I know it is where they stay during their entire fishing period.

Amazing to see how peaceful and calm the water is behaving that time- allowing fishermen do their thing safely out in the sea. Would you imagine yourself in that house for like a day or two?

Nancy, I like this image but wish that when I clicked on it, it became larger so I could see that boat-house better!

I've never seen anything like this - great shot! I'd love to spend a day or two in that little house, as long as the sea was calm.

It must be very peaceful indeed to stay in the little floating house, but I'll be as scared as a cat if there's a storm, lol!

Late visit from my Scenic Sunday entry.
and to answer your query if people are allowed to walk on the bridge, yes, only for emergency reason, like something went wrong with their vehicle, but other than not, NO,border police will surely arrest you for some questioning.
