What Could Have Been Wrong

We (JK and I) don't have a clue why both airlines (PAL and CEB PACIFIC) on different occasion had to change our flight schedules to and from Manila. With Cebu Pacific specifically, the fact that they're executing decisions without presenting even a single reason to their clients is quite disappointing.
Tuesday morning I received a text message from them that reads:

Your Cebu Pacific flight has been changed. Your new flight is on (date) (flight number) Davao-Manila ETD (time).

To accept, please send an SMS to ########### with the message PIN###### or contact ###-#######. We apologize for the inconvenience.

See what I'm talking about? Of course I wanted to make sure it was a legitimate message coming from their office so I've tried to make calls (not once but several times) using the numbers they gave and even that of the sales office in Davao where I bought the tickets - ALL TO NO AVAIL! If not busy, it's 'the telephone number you dialed is not yet in service'. I mean come on.... for 2-3 days? How lousy do you think is that?
I was gonna send an email to their customer service stating their lack of courtesy but I'm afraid I may not be able to handle the tone of my writings well so I just remained quiet... well for now.

They could have at least informed us what went wrong but I guess even that is not our concern at all.

Oh well...
