It’s official. My family and I are going on a Camiguin getaway again for the summer! The family came up with the final decision yesterday during my uncle’s death anniversary. It’s going to be a week-long trip and this time we’re using bigger cars which means more family members could come along. The more, the merrier!
We missed visiting the White Island the last time due to bad weather condition. It seems like visiting Camiguin wouldn’t be complete without doing it so we’re hoping we can this time. I understand there had been so many developments that took place since I’ve visited the island for the first time eons ago.
Another must-visit in Camiguin is the Katibawasan Falls which I haven’t been yet myself. I want my naked eyes to see its beauty and experience the mystery that wraps around the place as they are told in the stories.
Also this time, I wanted to climb up to the top the Walkway to the Old Volcano.
Ah --- so many things to do in mind. I just hope we have enough time to do them all. Camiguin Island is so far the smallest place I know that boasts abundance of attractions – so rich in history that’s waiting to be brought to light.
