Cebu and Good Food

Missing this ...

I always find these pictures helpful whenever I feel down. It cheers me up. I took them and hundreds more others during my close to a year stay in Moalboal,Cebu.

In this resort is where my younger sister used to live. If not for her, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to be a guest of such a beautiful place. And it is also because of this awesome trip that I was able to try and learn several new things... island hopping, boating, snorkeling, playing pool, cocktail mixing and of course food tasting. Now this is gonna make me crave!

The part that I like most about it was when my sister taught me how to prepare these sumptuous dishes. At first I thought Japanese foods are yuck. Obviously I was wrong!

Top left: Kakiagedon, Mix Teppanyaki, Pork shougayaki
bottom left: Katsudon (w/ ripe mango), Somen, and Yaki udon

Now, I think I need to unpack some instant noodles at least before I head on to my next task for the day... that's to look up on turnkey printing... it's past lunch time and this is making me starve for real, [ha-ha!]
